We give fixed deadlines on every job and if you always meet your deadline, you will earn valuable brownie points, making yourself more likely to get more work. But we understand that life often gets in the way - when you get sick, or your children are unwell, or something else crops up. It happens to us, too.

If you think you're not going to be able to make your deadline, let us know as early as possible. Some deadlines are absolutely fixed, in which case we can take over and finish the work. Other deadlines are progression deadlines, where your job is one in a chain of events that need to happen before a later date.
